"Great hotel, very clean and spacious! Just a shame about the slow service, asked for multiple items such as loo roll, iron etc. on separate occasions and was waiting over an hour. I understand sometimes there is delay but there was no communication to advise of the delay. Despite that I would stay here again, the buffet was amazing - so much choice! & the fact that you have your own entrance to the mall "

"This is a train still operating on coals - lots of attention and maintenance in rooms are needed. The daily room service is done only when you ask for it. Unclean hot water [tanks to be replaced]. Pollution is even indoor."
