"Property is relatively new, modern and well maintained. Great location, very clean. public beach right across the street. Staff are all polite and professional which is what you should expect from a hotel at this level and this price. The main reason that motivated me to write this review is Marcella at the reception. Shout out to her for being so helpful and passionate in her work. "

"We were pleased with the room, however check in was difficult. I didn’t realize there was no front desk or self check in until we’re boarding our plane (which ended up delayed). Despite messaging with the hotel through hotels.com and advising them of our expected arrival and progress, when we got to the building there was no one to meet us to check us in. The door to the apartments was ajar, so I pushed it to see if we were supposed to just go inside and set off the alarm that woke up several...
