What frustrated us here was that they charge extra for every facility. Water bottles and soda in the room, charge. You want to sit on a chair at the pool? Charge. You want to sit under an umbrella by the pool? Charge. You want to play a round of tennis? Charge. These amenities should be included in the cost of a nightly stay.
