"Our room was very spacious, but basic. No frills at all. The heated pool was lovely, but after swimming peacefully for about 15 minutes my husband joined me and so did a staff member. She sat on a chair and did a speaker phone call with family (including an excited, screaming child) and ruined the whole peaceful o space. "Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. My room was large, clean and had great amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, great selection for breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menu had a variety to choose from."

"El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "
