"We had an upgrade because the first room had a broken toilet sit. We didn't ask for it, the hotel just gave it to us. We booked on line and paid before we got there so they offered $1.00 a day parking. We also had free breakfast which was wonderful. Great start to our day in the city. Loved our stay. "

"This hotel has an excellent location in the Melbourne CBD and the kitchenette is handy if you're staying for more than one night. The staff were very friendly although there was a long line at reception almost every time I walked through the lobby. I will definitely be returning in future."

"Lovely hotel. Smells so lovely when you walk in! Staff are friendly and room was spotless and had a great view. transport right outside to go mcg or Rod Laver. Aquarium is walking distance. 10/10!"

"The location is good with easy access to Flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne Central and Queen Victoria Market. The bed wasn't very comfortable and I felt the decor was dated. The grout in the bathroom was very dirty/mouldy which put me off. The check in process was straight forward and the staff were very nice."

"in the middle of everything that was required. Friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious though was a little surprised at the smallness of the toilet shower area. Saying that was very happy with the accommodation and would stay there again if required. About same time next year."
