"Et rigtig dejligt ophold med god seng, stor & lækker spa afdeling og venligt og servicemindet personale. der manglede lidt personale ved indcheckning - det burde være en klokke mange kunne ringe på hvis de ikke er der (ventede 15min på der kom en) aftensmaden var ikke noget specielt, - smagte fint, men måske jeg fik bestilt det forkerte efter min smag. " Very little English speaking staff at front desk. Changes in lobby bar hours/services with no warning. They had no shampoo/conditioner in room but had shower caps despite no shower in room. Reserved a queen bed room and given a loft with spiral steps to bedroom on second floor, not mentioned I reservation. Loft warm with only a small window and fan for ventilation. "
