"Hotel staff throughout the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. They gave great recommendations when the restaurant we wanted to go to for dessert closed early. The VIP benefit was not available, as Expedia stated it would be, however the front desk gave us a $15 credit for the onsite restaurant to use. The Hotel is having a promotion right now of offering free deluxe continental breakfast. They also have free snacks (cookies, chips, nutrigrain bars, trail mix, and more) and coffee...

"This property was clean and new, and located in a nice neighborhood. There was nobody available to check us in or out, and no way to communicate with anyone on-site throughout our entire stay. The property is listed as having free Wi-Fi, but there were no instructions given anywhere so that appears untrue. "
