"The staff are lovely and really make this hotel. They’re always so cheerful and helpful. The room (superior side sea view) wasn’t what I would call luxury by any means but the bed was comfy and the shower was good so overall we thought it was fine. The rooms just looked a bit tired and small."

"We only stayed here one nigth to break our stay before traveling to the other side of Kefalonia. It was perfect, just what we were looking for. Rooms are very nice, the place is cool looking, the staff very friendly and the restaurant was very good. The view was relaxing as well. Also there were a few charming little restaurants close by. "

"The lady who met us was so lovely and kind. We felt very welcome. The breakfast was lovely and very high quality. The only thing that could be improved was the shower which wasn’t particularly hot and the pressure wasn’t great, but I would stay here again in an instant regardless."

Lots of lovely little details like the bedding and having acess to a gorgeous pool. "Fabulous hotel which definitely feels more like 4/5 star than a 3! Friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, especially Eleni on reception. An easy 15 minute walk downhill into beautiful Fiscardo but the hotel also operates a regular shuttle bus to take you down or bring you back . "The rooms were not equipped , seriously how can you not have bottled water in the fridge when it’s 38 degree Celsius outside for your guest on arrival , tea and coffee facility was zero no coffee no tea bags .. we where on our honeymoon, we requested a double bed and got two single beds , I speak Greek and of course it was the ole I don’t care attitude and yes you have a lovely room ! NOT THE CASE … the property is dated old and the rooms need a major facelift as do does the service.."

"Hotel is in the middle of no where. Woman at front desk was extremely polite at first but turned all nasty by the end. The hotel was small, smelly and extremely outdated. Your better off camping outside in a tent. Definitely not worth the money."
