"The apartment is spacious and bed sheets are clean. However the whole apartment needs deep cleaning and dusting, all hard flooring including in the bathrooms needs mopping, all surfaces need wiping and toilet needs thorough clean. Shower has urine smells. "

"What a lovely hotel! We arrived after hours so didn't meet reception team but spoke to them on the phone. We got upgraded to penthouse which was a lovely surprise. The penthouse was massive and had two bedrooms! Views were incredible. The area lost electricity which meant we didn't get to use the facilities in our room much unfortunately, but they brought us a lamp straight away, and there were some candles which we could light up. Overall great experience "
