"The Hotel was really clean and the staff was helpful and professional. It was a bit of a distance from the old town but walkable. As it was a bit of a distance, it would have been nice to have a dining option in the hotel. However, with the assistance of a very helpful front desk staff, we were able to order a pizza for supper with no problems."

Wi-Fi was terrible, either down or very Slow. Location was good for metro stop a short walk away. Metro was very clean and efficient. "

Breakfast was wonderful over looking the lake, with lots of options and lactose free options. Excellent restaurants and cafes near by. Lovely local shops and extremely safe, quiet and the perfect holiday location. I didn’t want to leave! "

"Hotel is in a quiet lakeside spot. It is spotlessly clean and very well furnished. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of restaurants by the lakeside if you want to eat out and the ferry dock is a couple of minutes walk away, if you want a boat trip on the lake. We will definitely stay here again.
