"Staff were amazing however cleaners in the morning were extremely noisey and woke us up early on hoth morning of our stay. Room was cleam although we had to request shampoo and body wash for the shower on first night as our were empy. The staff on check in (james i think) couldnt have been more helpful and sorted it out straight away though. Food was amazing and all staff through out our stay both on the bar and in the hotel were lovely and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend amd...

"We had two rooms , my sister in one and myself and my daughter in the other. Our room was clean and comfortable, my sister's room appeared to be the same on arrival but later on in the evening when she opened a cupboard underneath the hospitality tray she found two half eaten pizza 's in boxes and mouldy garlic bread. "Apartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom! There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp. The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things."

Cheap and extremely great service from all staff

"Although the outside of the property needs some attention once you walk through the doors if feels like your in a totally diffetent building. Very clean and in very good repair. Our room was fabulous with everthing we needed with views over the golf course. Breakfast was 5 star and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay hete again."
