"I stayed to attend my mom’s memorial service. The hotel was clean and all, but the key was not working, so I had to change it, but the same thing happened despite changing the key; they found the lock needed battery change. I was very tired from the funeral and all, but I had to wait at least 15 minutes for them to take care of it. The maintenance person was kind but I was upset. "
