"The owner of the hotel was the finest of persons. The female assistant was kind and helpful. "When we arrived with my kids we were 'downgraded' to other facility - Delphi Palace, old outdated hotel, no family room and no fireplace as promised for the facility I originally booked. We got there late evening so we didn't have much other choices :-( - the air-conditioning was broken, room temperature at 6am was still 90F; we couldn't sleep at all - it was so hot even with the door open - my kids were surprised by big cockroaches in the bathroom (see photos) - the safe lock didn't work -...
