"Only issue was the wechat ordering system didn’t allow you to add some items. The staff said it didn’t work. You could add basic items like a drink but if you wanted to add spaghetti pasta for example - it gave you sauce and pasta options but no way to add it to cart. Also, should add English option as it seems most local Chinese guests ordered food from external restaurants. I think most guests to order from hotel would be international visitors who would need English menu. Staff very friendly....

"Very pleasant stay! We were planning to stay at another international 5-star nearby , but it was full so we booked this one instead mainly because of the swimming pool. It’s a good surprise to us! The room is big, Gael maintained facilities and very good service comparing to intercontinental hotel nearby. Good service overall, but not perfect.
