"This is a lovely boutique hotel located La Morra, a convenient spot in the Barolo region to visit wineries and the surrounding towns. We went during the off season so it was rather quiet but we preferred that as there was an outdoor patio right outside our room which added to the ambiance of the hotel. Their breakfast room is in a lovely space and the food was delicious with a lot of options. The staff at this hotel were amazing and made our stay even better. They helped us book appointments...

"Most amazing meals! Great value! The hair dryer and electric outlets were not great but we managed. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very clean considering it's age. "I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel was completely deserted since the owner and everyone else at the hotel had left 3 weeks prior to our arrival. That didn’t stop them from processing my payment. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Zero stars to this hotel and the service I have received from Hotels.com. I would never recommend this to anyone."
