Das Hotel war so nett und hat mir ein kostenfreies Upgrade angeboten, und so hatte ich eine Drachensuite mit Sonnenterrasse und Berg-/Seeblick. "The room with balcony is very comfortable. Easy walk to the thermal spa through an underground tunnel. The front desk offers great help, especially I don’t speak Germany. The room services, the breakfast and the kindness of the front desk staff exceed our expectations! "
