"Hotel is a short walk from train station. I got to the hotel at 10:30a and the person at the front desk let me in a room so I could take a nap. There was an ammonia smell in my room. I had a manager come smeel it and they moved me to the room next door. Great customer service. The breakfast was a substantial spread and very tasty. "

"If it was just me staying here it would have been perfect. I love the location, Zwolle’s old town is an amazing place to stay. The room was large but the shower and sink area had no door, which presents some problems when you have other people there with you.
