"Not an airport hotel. From Malpensa it was impossible to find the shuttle bus (and I travel intensively on 4 continents). The taxi was EUR 33. Going back to the airport you MUST reserve your seat in the shuttle or you Will be rejected (I saw people waiting and being rejected). Besides it is in a residential area with nothing else. The condition of the hotel, for the brand, is average. The staff in the first day were not welcoming."

"Hotel was close to Terminal 2 with a good, quick ( 5 mins) shuttle serving both terminals at a reasonable price - just phone on arrival and it will pick you up outside departures; shuttle clearly identifies the hotel. Hotel was modern with comfortable, clean rooms. Excellent, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Highly recommended. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "

"When we stayed there the fire escape was blocked and various items were stored in the fire escape and the fire doors failed to close automatically. I brought this up to the attention of the facility and they corrected everything right away except the fire doors closing. Hopefully the fire doors automatically close now otherwise I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."
