The attention to detail was spot on, and they even realised it was my birthday during the stay and left a birthday message and small selection of local produce in the room which was a lovely touch and surprise. "Nice place, great location for grand massif ski lift and only short 5 min walk into town. Pool and SPA facilities were great after long day on the slopes. Room of decent standard although heating is controlled by reception, ours kept going off and because reception is part time couldn’t always contact them to switch it on. Kids enjoyed the pool table in reception but only downside was they closed early at 8pm could have been done with staying open a little longer. Negatives would be that WiFi...

"Very nice staff and the food is excellent. The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). There was no TV remote in the room, we haven’t been given the password for the wifi neither. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for a ski trip and we would definitely recommend the restaurant, but we think...

"Lieux calme en pleine nature. Tres bon acceuil et chambre agreable belle vue, salle de bain baignoire balneo et douche moderne tres propre. Petit dejeuner copieux et frais. Restaurant bonne table sur belle terrasse vue sur les montagnes. Nous reviendrons."

"Short end of season skiing break. Accomodation ideally located for the slopes as well as the main town / restaurants. Main reception adequate however only open at certain times of the day. Has pool table but lacks bar and could be a better social area. Pool area / gym good (closes at 8pm though) but no idea how busy this gets peak season. Generally had that end of season feel about it. Accomodation clean and relatively spacious but will never understand how the French place the one toilet...
