"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. "The room upon arrival was very dirty, a very bad smell from the toilet, dirty walls, dirty TV, dirty mirror, the problem was reported, but additional cleaning did not help. At the end of the stay, the curtain guide fell off."
