"The hotel was very well kept, very clean, warm and comfortable and the staff were lovely and very professionall. It was very handy to stay before or after going to Pyrowice airport, with a taxi there being 100 zloty. There was no vegetarian starter option available but one was adapted on request. The food at dinner was lovely. We also walked from Byton town center so that is an option as it is not too far at just over a kilometer"

"It's a great apartment. However it listed laundry and dryer in the facilities. It only has a washing machine and a rack. We managed but couldn't do our laundry, which was why we booked that apartment. Also, although our host explained how to go between the parking and the lift, we found it very confusing. A written explanation or a map would be useful. "

"Looks like average chain hotel... but I travelled with "extra" children. Hotel was very nice about that. No extra charges, gave us a bigger room. Very friendly atmosphere, great breakfast (!) and staff, free parking. Super nice receptionist and I think it was a super nice owner taking care of each detail on the breakfast shift. I travel a lot, I'm spoiled but not often I feel that I want to comment good things ;) "

"Premetto che appena arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto non essere un hotel 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle. Malgrado avessimo prenotato da 2 mesi ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno. Alla reception nessuno parlava inglese e per capirci abbiamo dovuto usare il traduttore italiano-polacco. Abbiamo scoperto così che era pieno perché utilizzato per ospitare profughi ucraini. Quindi, malgrado l'uso etico che ne fanno, direi che non dovrebbero dare disponibilità su piattaforme come Hotels.com e, sopratutto, non...
