"Nice hotel but located far away from the central and historical areas and sights in Cuenca. There is not much public transportation in this area. It would be okay to stay here if you had a car."

"When we arrived for our stay, they had no record of the booking, and informed us there was no hot water. Used bathroom facilities whilst there- filthy with dead flies everywhere and no paper. Swimming pool a shade of green. Subsequent investigation on line suggests this hotel is a disaster area, and possibly in deep financial trouble with “rooms embargoed and gas cut off” for non-payment if taxes/bills.
