"The hotel itself is in a prime location, with beautiful views and really clean. We upgraded our room and it was spacious and very comfortable. The real highlight was amazing food, I really recommend to go for a half board. What surprised me were some employees at the reception, seemed to be confused and not very professional, a lady called Berta was truly unpleasant, I have never experienced such a behavior at the hotel reception though I am a really frequent traveller. "Excellent hotel on a beautiful beach. Rooms have been revamped tastefully. Bathrooms are slightly dated but great water pressure. Very high sink. Cleaned well. Love the full size mosquito net on the door - sleep with door open all night. "It really is an amazing hotel, its over a large area, it was early February when we came, beautiful pools (although the largest was being refurbished at the time of our stay) not very busy. It would be difficult if anyone had walking issues, without a frame or wheelchair, plenty of wheelchair ramps though and lifts. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend."
