"I booked a single bed on route to the city. I was warmly received at reception, quickly checked in and knew that I could reach out with questions about the city. The wifi worked, there was tea and coffee service and a nice bathroom. I would stay at this hotel again. "

"Clean and conveniently located next to public free tram. The name can be confusing compared to "Novotel Kirchberg". Also, it is not easy to see "Novotel Suites" when the tram first drops you."

App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards.
