"The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation."

"this hotel has the best view of the best part of Qingdao city. It is located cross from the famous beach. Guests can see sunrise, seagulls, maintain and the city scape from their windows. The subway and bus stations are less than 10 minutes walk distance. The hotel has a revolving restaurant on the 25th floor. The staff is hospitable. The building is old, yet room is clean and equipped with all necessities. "

"Paint peeling off the walls. Room smelled of smoke even though a Non Smoking room was booked. Dirty Place. Location was NOT good at all. I would NOT stay here again. The pictures on Hotels.com website are nothing like the real place. My suggestion, AVOID it!!!"

"Room A/C did not work. Usual, for China, very hard beds. Ageing fitout. Shower over bath, but good hot water. “ Washing” Panasonic toilet! Helpful staff - did not complain about A/C as temp. OK. "

"Hotel is not so far from airport. It was quite fun to communicate with staff who doesn't speak English. Used gesture and paper. Supermarket and student bazaar is near to hotel which helps me to find what I want."
