"A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff that tried to help, but unfortunately we had a rather unpleasant stay because the air conditioning is not working. We had more than 30 degrees in the night which made it impossible to sleep for the whole family for three nights. They moved us to another room which didn’t work either, the same happened to other guests, and it was a known issue for the staff. Again: the staff was very friendly, did everything they could, but apparently the owner isn’t...

It is very much a family hotel with the gentle Nonna always about to help if she can. But to the main reason this hotel was chosen was because of Carlo's wonderful cooking. "I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel was completely deserted since the owner and everyone else at the hotel had left 3 weeks prior to our arrival. That didn’t stop them from processing my payment. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Zero stars to this hotel and the service I have received from Hotels.com. I would never recommend this to anyone."
