"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. Hotel was perfect location and value for money this was a great option. Totally recommend to anyone visiting klagenfurt. The roof top bar was also worth popping up to watch sunset. Thank you to all the staff"

"I stopped in Kranjska Gora for 1 night only as I wanted to visit this famous village. The hotel room was OK, the hotel seems to be one of the older ones, my room was clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Good and free parking facilities. "

We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great.
