"The Hotel is OK, placed central in Salzgitter, but the City do not offer very much"

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cet hôtel. Même si il était quelque peu éloigné des principaux attraits de la ville, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les chambres sont propres et confortables et le personnel est attentionné. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que l'hôtel nous offre gratuitement un billet de transport pour que nous puissions nous rendre au centre-ville et à la gare en autobus. Et que dire du petit déjeuner. Tout simplement délicieux !!!"

"Hotel Schere is the best place to stay in Northeim. Unless you are willing to travel to Gottingen, this is the best option. Rooms are generally comfy and for European standards larger. Showers can be a bit tight but htats to be expected. "

They charge 5€ per night unless you want to walk 150 m away. Sky TV was totally in German. Had to ask Manager to change location of our room which originally opened onto the car park and was noisy. "This was our 3rd visit to Torfhaus Resort Hotel. It is our favorite. The location in the Harz Mountains is serene, but also full of possibilities for hiking, biking, and quick travel to picturesque towns. "We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. Our key was placed in a digital lock box and code provided. The bedroom was very spacious along with a wonderful spacious bathroom. The shower gave instant hot water. "Stayed a couple of nights, and it was a very pleasant moment. Staff was nice and friendly. The bed and bathroom was perfectly clean and tidy. The hotel & restaurant is located within a residential area. There is an old monumental building just across the hotel. Breakfast was excellent."
