We then went into the rooms and there was hairs all over the bed. Told the staff and they were so rude about it then we got the beds done we stayed for the time we got a taxi and it had 25 euros on the meter and the hotel told us that’s normal then the night staff told us that it was a scam then the kitchen manager was so rude and...

"This hotel is great! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their free shuttle van was great bonus in driving us to my friend's house which was a few minutes from the hotel. It was also very walkable to the nearby town and overall a great experience. "

"A beautiful hotel! Everyone was very kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. A bonus is the historic Villa Reale de Monza is just across the street. The tour is well worth the time. Shopping and dining is just a 15 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "
