"Quiet, clean and convenient location for shopping and dining. The property sprawls a bit but there is a golf cart shuttle that can take you from one end to the other. Asparagus restaurant connected to the property serves great food, (I especially enjoyed the steak) and the free breakfast was plentiful in selection. All staff were friendly and accommodating and some made a point of remembering our names. I can also highly recommend Ambient Spa which I took advantage of twice. Very professional and well trained. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Stayed many times over the years but things have gone a bit backward. The towels are terrible and need to be replaced ASAP, they are only good for cleaning rags. Stayed on 5th floor and the water was lukewarm at best for 3 days and not acceptable. Pool chlorine was so strong it burnt my eyelashes. Positives are great location happy staff and price point for what you get is on the money. Small changes will go a long way for western clientele. Competing with Harris Hotel around the corner that offers a lot more for same price"

"Fantastic service and great value for money. The team are friendly, welcoming & helpful. Something we’ve not always received in Bali. The rooms are large & very comfortable with excellent big beds. The pool area is very clean with enough sun beds and a sufficient gym for a workout. Loved our stay !!!"

"The propertly was lovely, we are pretty laid back though. The rooms are not exactly spotless but if you've been to Bali before you kind of know the standard is a bit low. Our kitchen and bathroom looks nice but everything is 1 use from falling apart. Lots of things were broken in our room however we loved the space and the pool. We would return but i think theres some nicer places for the same price. Also its very hard to communicate with the staff, so you need to be very patient and confirm everything over and over. Location isn't really walkable to anything you'll always need a bike or car. The restaurants food is below average so unless getting a beverage i wouldn't rely on eating here. I would return but i hope they really fix some things up. "
