"Big room, comfortable bed (though prone to roll around), nice shower, but quite noisy in the halls with the lack of soft surfaces to damp the sound. Unfortunate as otherwise this would have been a perfect hotel. "

"Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5. "

"Note this really is a hotel for families with kids. Everything revolves around that. When we arrived there was loud music in the courtyard, a side room with dad's staring at a tv screen showing the football, and pictures online of a buffet dinner was enough to convince us we had picked the wrong place."

"They cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours in advance via an email we did not see because we were driving through the countryside. Their reason was that they were remodeling. They didnt know that were going to be remodeling sooner than one day in advance?? Give me a break!
