"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. Brilliant! Would return if skiing in Alpe d’Huez again."

With an allergy I find this quite surprising that you don’t alsl have English written. The staff was accommodating in the restaurant and bar. However the reception staff I found very rude, abrupt and very unhelpful. I was not advised of the hotel amenities and general hotel information. With no English...

"Tres bon sejour Logement propre et moderne Acces piscine super Cependant l acces au spa devrait etre de 30 min par jour et non pas payant par la suite La machine a laver est assez petite c'est dommage mais pratique d'y avoir acces tout de meme Personne tres agreable et reactif merci Nous reviendrons tres certainement l'an prochain !"

Camping très prisés des touristes hollandais, plusieurs problèmes avec la réservation hôtels.com, le camping ne trouvant pas trace, puis voulant nous facturer les draps. Enfin petit déjeuner continental cher, de mauvaise qualité et trop léger en quantité."

"Luckily for us it snowed the day before & the ski lift was open meaning we could ski to & from the apartment block. Checking in was busy, a large group had just arrived so it took 30 mins to get checked in. Long walk down to shops, restaurants etc, long walk back up many steps after."
