From the concierge who parked my car to the front desk staff who took my luggage and showed me to my room including the standard of cooking and care in the restaurant, le Bistro a l'Hotel, across the courtyard it all went beautifully. "This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel. It’s very convenient in the centre of Beaune with secure parking. Our room was good, breakfast was good and a bonus was the large fluffy towels which is unusual in France! Would certainly recommend."

"The hotel is advertised as having laundry facilities but does not. The lift wasn’t working and the power went out twice in the night, waking us up."

"We were lucky and got a garden room. Huge room and sitting area outside which was private and quiet. Very comfortable beds Biggest benefit is that they have their own car park. Cannot comment on inside of hotel as only entered for reception."

"No air conditioning and absolutely ridiculous heat in the room. I didn’t sleep at all, so not good value for money. Dinner was nice, but very small portions. I was left hungry. Lots of spiders in the room and 1/3 toilet roll provided. I wouldn’t return."

"We stayed here for one night in January en route to tech French Alps for our skiing holiday. It is a nicely located hotel in the centre of Beaune making it a good base to explore the town. We were made very welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for the staff including parking our car for us in the pre booked car park and arranging a table in local restaurant for dinner. The room we had was a suite and was very pleasant and probably more than we needed for a one night stay. ...
