"What a wonderful place. So peaceful and serene. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were so wonderful and friendly. The atmosphere was terrific and the food was amazing. So glad we stayed here. "

"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...
