We initially booked a room for three people, and although the first room felt a bit small, the staff was very helpful and responsive when we brought it up. The next day, they moved us to a more spacious and comfortable room, which made our stay even better. They really cared about making sure we were happy—even offering us free snacks as a kind gesture for the inconvenience. The hotel is in a beautiful area, with a nice pool and easy access to gorgeous beaches. One of the things we appreciated most was how convenient it was to get around using public transportation—we didn’t need to rent a car at all, which made things easier and more relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"
