We got a room with a bathroom that needed plumbing work, there were roaches in the room. When I told them the executive suite shows all the amenities I saw only they said no they don’t have it. In other words false advertising. Awful place. They get ZERO stars. "

"Do me a favour and spend your money elsewhere. Booked a room for 2 persons, with breakfast buffet included, but when we had to eat breakfast it was only for one person, never said that on the reciept from Expedia. Staff was slightly rude and ignorant. The pool is made for midgets (sorry) you cant even take a swim in it. The maintenance of the hotel is poor and we even got upgraded to a suite, we had to share a towel and a bathrope, as they only give out for 1 person?!. Food was not that great...

"Western Dreams Hotel is in need of serious renovations. I complained about the hard mattress and manager said they were Posturepedic, but every night it felt like I slept on rocks. I booked hotel for two guest and only one complimentary breakfast was included, worst than that there was roaches in the coffee pot. Poor WiFi and cable service. I would give this hotel one star rating and would not recommend anyone staying here. Elena USA"
