"Fabulously located near the train centre in the centre of the city. Worth paying more for a bigger room as they come with comfy chairs and all the little extras. Great selection of breakfast options and has a fab restaurant attached to it.cannot fault it and it’s indeed it was our third stay here for a holiday "

"Friendly and helpful staff, young hip design, mid point between central station and ferry port by the Old Market Hall so a leisure stroll to major sites. Bright clean room and more amenities than expected for a europe-hotel at this price point, excellent breakfast buffet. Oh and right by, literally right by the tram stop."

"This is a wonderful hotel. My daughter and I stayed for a few days and loved the location, the style of the hotel and the delicious breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. We also loved the guest sauna. It's a quick walk to lots of shops, transportation and restaurants, and not far from central station. We will stay here again."
