"From the moment we entered the downstairs reception area we were transported to a place of calm and friendly serenity. The rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed including a small mini bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. "I stayed a few nights here and had a great stay. First room wasn’t clean and no hot water, but the staff were quick to change it for me and I got a clean room. I ordered dinner with room service and it was delicious. The pool needs some cleaning so I didn’t go in. The hotel is in a suburban area with Nepali villas, but takes a tuk tuk or some walking to go into Bharatpur. All in all a good stay, but the price is a little to high for the state of the hotel"
