"My husband and I initially booked our stay for about 3-4 days, but once we got there, my husband hurt his back and we extended our stay. The staff definitely went over and beyond to take care of us. We requested a 3-day treatment from the male massage therapist on staff - which helped my husband immensely. On top of it, we requested the staff for a doctor, who prescribed medicine for my husband, which the staff went and got for us. They checked on us and inquired about his back every single time...

"We had an excellent stay at the Luxo Kochi for 4 nights in July. It's a modern property that's set just behind the main road, so a great location without all the noise. There are many shops and restaurants close by and it is only 15 minutes away from LuLu mall. The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean. "I spent my last night in India at the Malabar House in Fort Kochi and it was quite the treat. I was upgraded to the Garden suite and the room was stunning from the fixtures to the artwork.
