Breakfasts were tasty and filling, with plenty of options to choose from. We were also really happy to have access to the gym—it’s great for staying in shape even on vacation. "What a stunning property. If you are coming to Ulcinj, strongly advise staying in the Old Town: the most beautiful part of town with spectacular views. This hotel is an excellent choice. "I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. They tried to put us in a much smaller and not as nice room in a different hotel nearby that they owned. I immediately left and had to book a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience booking a hotel online."

"It was a nice hotel, but the ad on Expedia isn't accurate. The "spa" was only two hot tubs on the roof that were out of order. There was no sauna like in the pictures, and no massages or anything offered. Also, the "second pool" was just the shallow section of the one, not especially large pool. I should also mention that the wifi and the main power to our room kept shutting off. I don't know if this was a problem for the whole city or just our hotel, but it went on for the entire trip and...
