"Das Hotel wurde erst vor wenigen Jahren renoviert und sieht echt hübsch aus. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer und Meerblick. Es war etwas spartanisch und die Fernseher sind etwas klein (wurde nicht genutzt), aber es ist sauber und die zwei Balkone sind echt cool. Essen entspricht nicht lokalen Maßstäben,also nichts besonderes, aber auf keinen Fall schlecht. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann sich echt sehen lassen. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. "

"The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kaliakra: quality food, very helpful personell, child friendly, a few steps to the beach. The downside from my point of view is that there is actually no area on the beach itself reserved for Kaliakra clients. That means that on the beach you will not be able to hire umbrella, etc. Also it is extremely noisy until 12am if you have booked the room with the sea view. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel"
