"The room was great. It had great view, it was clean, it had everything I needed. The staff was helpful, friendly and well informed. The bike/car rental at the entrance of the hote- not part of it- was conveniently located and I rented a bicycle for 5 Euros. The restaurant was great for breakfast. Very delicious food and a great variety of selection. (I did not try the dinner as I thought EU120 was a bit too much-went to Fidelio's at downtown for an excellent meal). "Bedrooms were old and not like the pictures. No lift access to top floor bedrooms. No gym on site. Salt water pools absolutely killed your eyes and not good for sore eczema. "

"Whole day in Kos was rubbish from getting a taxi to the hotel taking over 1 hour just to wave one down and the hotel wanting to charge us $65 euro for a 2km lift. The hotel didn’t have a bellboy I had to carry my luggage and my pregnant wife luggage up 2 sets of stairs. The aircon in the room barely works we were both sweating all night and could not sleep due to heat will never come back here again."

"Good pool area, good beach (plenty beach chairs for everyone),gym is small but super nice (modern design and new machines - also an area to workout outside), meals in all-inclusive were nice (good variety), best part was the mini buffet by the pool (available 12-6pm) for people like me who just want to eat something for lunch without having to get changed in order to enter the main buffet/restaurant and keep my bikini on whilst eating by the pool. Customer service was ok, not the nicest staff...

"Decent place, you get what you paid for. The place is about 20 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from the beach (which I didn’t really like, there are much better beaches so do consider in front). I was really shocked to find out that I have to pay for a safe in internet in the room (per day per device!!). Again, it’s cheap and the additional cost is no substantial, however it was annoying (for me)."

"The stay was alright. In the end they wanted us to charge mor for the drinks we consumed and could not find the receipts which was really impolite. The room itself was alright. The beach was nice. We did not eat there we always went out."
