Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "We loved the pools, especially the salt water pool where you are super bouyant. The Waldquelle restaurant was a real treat, great service and good food, especially the desserts. The hiking was great and started right at the hotel. "
