"I decided to stay in this Hotel because of it's facilities ie the pool & the nearby lake, as I moved into an apartment in Central Groningen on Monday. "The location was not great for walkers/pedestrians coming from the train station or airport to the Big Market SQ. or the Fish market sq. (Central Business Dist.) Also, there was alot of messy construction outside the front entrance, by the highway/freeway. Great hotel though, especially if you drive or are in GRN for a conference/event at the Martini Arena."

"Breakfast very poor …nothing refilled we were there at 0845 and it was open till 1000. Room very small could hardly walk around the bed and had to move chair to get in the wc. When you showered it was open concept but toilet and whole area got soaked. Usually we love best western but not this one"
