"The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. The toilet smelled like urine although it appeared clean. The pool and playground for kids were great. We spent a lot of time there. The location is phenomenal and quiet. "A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely town. Our room had a delightful view of the Ostsee and was most comfortable. I wish it had tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but never mind. The attached bar - the Rockeria - is a bit like a TGI Fridays, with the same varied levels of service you’d get there! One guy looked like he’d rather we weren’t there, and another - Marco - went way out of his way to make sure we were happy."
