The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. "Very nice lobby and breakfast. Close to central walking area. The area around the back of our room, and the guests below our room, were very loud into the night. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am. Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining). "

"It's a charming hotel in an equally charming ski village. We traveled off season so it was very quiet. We had the Snow White room which we were very happy with. It was spacious and comfortable. We were traveling with our 2 dogs, and the staff were very accommodating. We ate at the hotel because it was convenient for us. The breakfast buffet was typical Austrian style with many items.
