"The hotel is located at a very magical and beautiful place. If you like nature, quiet and tranquil, this is the place to go! The staff could not possibly be more helpful and attentive. Exceeded all expectation. Been in many hotels, but this one rates far the highest in hospitality. Very child and family friendly. Thank you for making our stay special. "

"Nice spa to relax, though the water temperature was not as warm as stated. The surly spa attendant used her fingers as a thermometer, this is a four star hotel which cannot afford a thermometer. Water temperature needs to be higher to enjoy the spa experience. Food was fairly good, especially the soups."

"Poziom czystosci łazienki- bardzo kiepski, Brak działającej klimatyzacji, Śniadania w hotelu- mało różnorodne Kolacja- w pierwszym dniu tragedia, kolacja serwowana, bez możliwości wyboru... Pierwszego dnia dostalismy do wypelnienia ankietę, co chcemy na kolację kolejnego dnia, więc tutaj przynajmniej wybralismy danis, ktore byliśmy w stanie zjeść"

"Chambre correcte mais meubles un peu vieux. Petit déjeuner correct bon dîner le soir dans le resto de l'hotel. Belle promenade dans la Puszta le lendemain grâce aux calèches près de l'hotel, il faut aller directement aux colèches sans passer par l'hotel qui se prend alors une petit marge ..."

"В номере нет фена , хотя Отель 3 или 4 звезды ( если смотреть его сайт), нет вообще никаких умывальных принадлежностей (гель для душа, шампунь и т.д), ужасный завтрак, лучше бы его вообще не было... "
