"The staff were friendly and keen to look after you. We had a room upgrade for an extra fee because it was a very quiet time. The town was extremely quiet when we stayed so not many dining options available. It would have been good to have some help with this from reception prior to arrival. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not...
