"We were greeted by lovely staff and checkin was smooth. The added touch of the giving us Oktoberfest cookies was so kind. We ate dinner at the alm grill. Our server John was fantastic. He was so personable and enthusiastic. Thank you for making our first nights in Germany memorable. "
