"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. "No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . The water dispenser wasn’t replaced in the restaurant area. But the staff were really helpful fixing the things they could fix and helping us with flight information. Across the...
